Steamed Tiramisu. Ingredients of Steamed Tiramisu

- Kamu perlu 4 butir dari telur.
- Siapkanlah 200 gr dari gula pasir.

- Inilah 2,5 sdm dari cokelat bubuk.
- Kamu perlu 1 sachet dari kopi instan.
For the filling: Place egg yolks, sugar, and Marsala in a medium heatproof bowl and set over a bain marie (i.e. place the heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water on a low heat; the bowl should not touch the water). Add the remainder of the tiramisu cream and spread evenly. Dust the tiramisu with cocoa and you're finished! Steamed Tiramisu cara membuatnya
- Siapkan kukusan dengan air yg banyak, tutup beri serbet.
- Kocok bahan a sampai mengembang, kental, berjejak dengan kecepatan tinggi.
- Turunkan kecepatan mixer sampai ke yg paling rendah, tuang bahan b, aduk asal kecampur aja ya.
- Matikan mixer, tuang bahan c, aduk balik dengan spatula, jangan sampe ada yg mengendap ya.
- Bagi tiga adonan, A. Beri cokelat bubuk, B. Beri kopi instan, c biarkan original.
- Tuang adonan A ke loyang, aku pakai loyang segiempat uk 22. Beri carlo dan kertas roti. Kukus 10 menit, lanjutkan dengan adonan B 10 menit, dan terakhir adonan C 20-25 menit (sampai matang).
